The automated palette box loading and unloading line is fully adjustable and can be adapted according to the client’s needs and the field of application.
Each machine can be individually designed according to the number and format of palette boxes to be stored, production rate and available storage. Our solution offers significant improvements in productivity, product follow-up, storage and handling. Moreover, each crate can be equipped with an RFID chip which allows each stage of the process to be tracked, including delivery, identification and weighing of primary material, loading and unloading in the production workshops, movement of crates towards the washing zone and then stacking by 3 or 6.
